The Discovery Learning Indoor Cycling course will give you all the insights and techniques that will help you deliver a great spinning class or include it in a sports rehabilitation program.

Description

FORMAT

This is a one-day CPD course that will run from 9am until 5pm.

ASSESSMENT

While studying with Discovery Learning, you will have full access to our online interactive study platform that includes video tutorials, images, manuals, mock exam questions as well as other learning tools to aid you. You will also benefit from our Student Support team who can assist with problems outside the classroom as well as our in-house tutors who will be there to assist the students on the course day.

This course requires a 3-hour session of pre-reading followed by a mandatory attendance day and a practical exam that would take place at the end of the course day.

Who is this course for?

The Indoor Cycling course is aimed at the fitness industry professionals who would like to run their own spinning classes or integrate indoor cycling to their circuit training sessions.

Requirements

In order to be eligible for this course, students need to hold a recognised Level 2 fitness qualification or higher. Also, we do require that our students have a good command of English (written and spoken) and willingness to learn.

Career path

Once you complete this course, you will be awarded a Discovery Learning REPs Indoor Cycling certificate as well as 10 REPs points. The awarding organisation for this course is Skills Active and the certificate is UK and internationally recognised.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
