6. Raising Customer invoices, making amendments, sending to customers for making payments
7. Processing supplier invoices
8. Issuing or recording credit notes for customers or supplier invoices
9. Processing Bank and credit card payments
10. Managing petty cash bookkeeping
11. Linking Bank accounts, downloading statements and using Match/ Split functions to quickly records Bank transactions
12. Download bank transactions directly to reduce manual data entry
13. Bank Reconciliations
14. Supplier’s Reconciliation
15. Preparing and filing VAT Returns
16. Preparing and filing payroll
17. Compile and input different accounting journals e.g. salary journal, depreciation, accruals and prepayments
18. Preparing monthly reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, creditors and debtors) for management review
19. Exporting data for external integrations
20. Sharing data with your accountant
