This course covers the fundamental aspects of Qigong, a traditional Chinese exercise system that has been practiced for thousands of years, by millions of people throughout China and the rest of the world. Qigong is a medical exercise renowned for maintaining superior health and longevity within the body. This course will show you authentic techniques to feel positive, energized and maintain a peaceful mind.

Peter Caughey, the instructor for the course, is a doctor of traditional Chinese, Medicine. a teacher and a writer. He has a Bachelors of Health Science Degree in Acupuncture and Diplomas in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Qigong and Taiji Quan and Tuina. He is passionate about helping people break free from limiting and bad habits.

This course is suitable for anybody interested in oriental medicine and maintaining optimal health. You can feel relaxed and free of tension in your body and feel connected with yourself and the things around you. You can learn how incorporate the Qigong system into your life for just half an hour a day to improve your quality of life and ability to remain calm and relaxed.
