1. Understanding the Customer

Understand the fundamentals of your client’s business – overall strategy, business drivers, challenges, risks, key customers, competitors, suppliers, a bird’s eye view of their financials, future possibilities.

2. Check your prior Knowledge

The intent in this level is to baseline your current knowledge as this will provide us the basis for the improvement journey.

3. Need for a Structured Learning Program

A look at some of the typical errors made by beginners in this tower – the intent is to get you to reflect about the need for a program like this.

4. Vendor Master

Important to understand different types of industry and vendors and why does it become important to maintain a vendor database (Create, Modify & Delete). This would make the learner understand the importance of Process, follow ETVX, etc.

5. Scanning

Scanning forms an important part in a 3rd party scenario, as the entire process is outsourced. If the scanning is not done well, it could lead to delays and failures at various levels.

6. Indexing

While you receive documents in various modes, it is important to catalogue and bucket them for a consistent process flow.
