Are you over 50 and want to learn some simple stretching exercises to keep you supple and fit? well, this course will teach you how to use subtle techniques to make you more mobile and agile. There’s loads of easy exercises to get you fitter.

You’ll learn how to work out in sensible exercise slots and have good rest periods to get the most out of your workout.

This great video shows you how to stretch and warm up and then give you a couple of more strenuous exercises to increase circulation.

Work at your own pace and follow our expert teacher with easy exercises helping you keep a stable core and learn how to breathe to maximise the muscle stretch without fear of over working and getting tired
