The Order to Cash (O2C - Silver) course strengthens your foundation in just 7 exciting levels.

1. Check your prior Knowledge

The intent in this level is to baseline your current knowledge as this will provide us the basis for the improvement journey.

2. Create Customer Master data

Learn the importance of creating customer master data and how to follow a structured process to create the same. Create a few real customers! Also, familiarize yourself with the consequences of not having a master data in place.

3. Maintain Customer Data

It is important to understand the need and criticality behind reviewing and modifying the customer master data (Modify and Delete). Understand the process aspects as well.

4. Collect Outstanding Debts

Understand the fundamentals on how to handle collections for Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 customers, retain collections and escalate unpaid amounts. This is a critical aspect as it impacts cash flows.

5. Doubtful Receivables

The focus is on making you understand how to process for insolvent accounts, agree on settlement or establish payment plans, take legal action when necessary and finally be able to process a write off.

6. Cash Application & Customer Clearance

An understanding on how to handle payments received, process auto match payments and non – matched payments. This also helps understand when a customer account needs to be cleared and its importance.

7. Disputes, Deductions & Queries

Understand how to resolve customer queries, disputes and deductions.
