Through this qualification, you'll acquire essential knowledge and skills needed for the position, such as learning how to design and implement bespoke training programmes for individual clients. Whilst also gaining insight into key subjects such as anatomy and nutrition.

The Online Level 3 Personal Trainer course allows you to develop skills through a range of modules including advanced Anatomy and Physiology, the Principles of Nutrition and Programming Personal Training Sessions.

You’ll also learn how to motivate clients, whilst guiding them through movements and exercises to meet their specific goals. You’ll also understand how to adapt exercises or programmes for varying fitness levels as well as clients from specialist populations.
