Overview

This ONE-DAY course is composed of a series of tutorials interspersed with workshops covering several of the most significant occupational health and safety management system issues. The course provides individuals with an introduction to:

Trainers background

The trainer for this programme has extensive international experience in designing, implementing and auditing various different forms of management systems, including Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Risk Management. Prior to working with Cosensa, they spent many years in an advisory capacity to the British Standards Institute.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
