This course will teach you how to make an informed choice as to whether you want to be vegan, semi-vegetarian or something in between and give you the tools to produce that change in your life. With resources for nutrition and recipes you will be able to create delicious meals and understand the basics for menu planning.

Angela Poch is a graduate in Nutritional Counseling from the Total Health School of Nutrition in Calgary. She is a Nutritionist and continues to research health on a regular basis to help others have better mental and physical health.
