This Compassion in the Workplace Course will teach you simple and effective techniques to combat and manage challenges at work more effectively. Learn about the benefits of compassion and its role in everyday life. Understand how you can develop self awareness and use meditation for a wandering mind, as well as disarming hostility and the power of reason.
Maureen Cooper, your course tutor, has more than 25 years experience as a professional educator and senior manager in a non-profit organisation where meditation and compassion were guiding principles. She set up Awareness in Action in order to share what she had learnt and has trained people in these techniques in Europe, the USA and Australia.
