The 1 Day Management and Leadership course gives an excellent induction into the field of Management, as it covers the complete A-Z of what a manager needs to know when performing in this responsible and demanding role. By using a combination of theory and practice, this Management course is designed to increase your confidence in the field of Leadership and Management, and to provide you with the essential knowledge and "toolkit of skills" to work with confidence in this challenging, but very rewarding area.
Our course is delivered by using a blend of both “Classroom” and “Online” Training. The online modules can be completed at the learners own pace over a 12 month period after the 1 day Classroom course has been attended. The time required to complete the modules is around 1-2 hours. Once completed the learner can download a "personalised" CPD Certificate.
