COURSE OUTCOMES:


On completing this course candidates will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the main concepts of health & safety.
  • Show awareness of the environmental issue within a modern logistics environment.
  • Identify hazards of manual handling and controls available
  • Act as First Aider in accordance with the First Aid at work regulations.
  • Contribute to both maintenance of a safe working environmental and process a formal risk assessments
  • Operate forklift truck within the workplace in accordance with current legislation.


AWARD: On successful completion of the course candidates will be awarded certification from the awarding bodies.
