The Level 3 Diploma in Team Leading and Supervision (RQF) qualification is for individuals currently employed in team leading or supervisory roles in any industry, including care team leaders, care supervisors, care coordinators, deputy care managers, care managers, and all those in similar job roles.

Special Notes regarding course fees

This is not a government funded programme, and therefore no government funding available. The Learner pays the course fees.

The total fees payable for the full qualification are £948 (standard duration).

The initial payment of £24 covers enrolment administration, qualification induction, and advice and guidance, and career support.

After completing the induction, learners must create their monthly payment plan (as detailed in the fees) to pay the remaining fees, and to be given access to all the assessment support materials and assessments on the e-portfolio.

The learner pays the remaining fees of £924 in 12 monthly instalments of £77/month. This covers the cost of the full qualification. There are no other charges, as the remaining fees cover all assessment support and certification.

Whichever route taken, the monthly payment plan covers everything required for the full qualification (listed as additional info above), including Learning Resources, Tutor Support, Assessments and Feedback, Quality Assurance, and Certification including printed copy of the Diploma.

How long will it take?

There are no workplace visits.

After the Assessor has completed and signed off all assessments of all evidence submitted by the learner, the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) will conduct full internal quality assurance checks on the portfolio of evidence, and signs off the portfolio, as appropriate.

Level 3 and 4 leadership and management in adult care. IF you are resident in Ireland, does it mean you are not eligible for the course, how much?

Apparently not. The qualifications we offer are recognised by Ofqual for delivery in England. Some are recognised by Qualification Wales for delivery in Wales. We don't deliver recognised qualifications in Ireland, due to terms of our approval. The qualifications we deliver may be transferable. We have provided detailed information about them including the Ofqual Qualification Number (QAN). Use details and unit content provided to find how if employers in Ireland will accept the qualification.

Apparently not. The qualification we offer is only recognised by Ofqual for delivery in England, and Qualification Wales for delivery in Wales. We don't have any information on recognition in Ireland. As far as we know the qualification we deliver is not recognised by the Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) which has responsibility for the regulation of qualifications taken by learners in Northern Ireland (NI), as set out in the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
