The Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training will teach you how to plan and deliver safe exercise programmes, by developing your skills and knowledge in this area. The aim of this qualification is to enable the learner to become a fully qualified fitness instructor or personal trainer in an unsupervised environment.

Description

As the course is online based, students have 12 months access to our online learning platform to study completely at their own pace. Learners will work through written essays using our provided learning materials that can be accessed through our learning platform. Moreover, some aspects of the course will be assessed through observations and a personal discussion with your qualified observer. The guided learning hours for this qualification are 346 hours.

This course is aimed at learners who would like to begin their career in the fitness sector as a personal trainer or fitness instructor. The course will provide you with the knowledge to be able to deliver exercise programmes independently.
