This qualification provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills needed to work as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer in a variety of settings.

UNIT 1 — ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY

Hi Laurelle, all theory is completed online. When it comes to the practical elements you can either submit these through video or attend practical workshops/assessments.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
