Our 2 Day Leadership Skills Training Course will provide you with the skills to become a more effective leader.

The course will give managers, supervisors and team leaders and anyone who works in a leadership or Management position, the necessary leadership skills and training they probably never received when first promoted. We have found that the majority of people within this role have been asked to learn as they go on and have never received the essential leadership training. So we have carefully put together this leadership training course to give you the confidence, skills and tools required to proceed in this very challenging area. We use a combination of theory and practice to facilitate your learning and to help increase your confidence, leadership and supervisory skills in a safe, controlled and non threatening environment.

Our course is delivered by using a blend of both “Classroom” and “Online” Training. The online modules can be completed at the learners own pace over a 12 month period. The time required to complete the modules is around 1-2 hours. Once completed the learner can download a "personalised" CPD Certificate.

This 2 day Leadership and Management course will benefit anyone already in a managerial or supervisory position and those who have recently been promoted or aspiring to take on a leadership role. It will provide you with the relevant Leadership and Management skills and tools you need to be a professional and effective leader, which in turn will increase your confidence and knowledge in leading your team successfully and encouraging them to work more productively and efficiently.

There are no pre-requisites to attend this course.

Our Leadership and Management course is ideal for individuals who have Management responsibilities but have not undertaken any previous formal training. It can help junior managers to progress to Middle Management positions, and further along the Management chain. It can also act as a "refresher" for anyone who has undergone training previously but not for a number of years.
