Joeel has a Master’s in Counselling, is working on his PhD in Psychology and has delivered inspirational workshops to schools, individuals and small business. Natalie is an entrepreneur and founder of Transformation Services. They are passionate about empowering others to lead fulfilling lives.
In this course, they teach you how to facilitate fun and stimulating Laughter Yoga sessions. You will learn about the benefits of laughter and breathing exercises, plus how to demonstrate these in your own classes. You’ll also discover how best to structure your classes, and find out top industry tips for succeeding in yoga facilitation.
