Description
The Level 5 Diploma provides students with detailed and specific coverage of various element within the supply chain such as the global environment and operations inventory management.
To gain the qualification you must complete all eight units from the following:
· Operations Management Strategy
· Operations Resource Management
· Business excellence for operations managers
· Customer focus in operations management
· Supply chain and inventory management
· Enterprise planning for operations managers
· Manufacturing planning
· Added value for manufacturing
· Operations management project
You must also complete eight units from the above and complete a three hour written exam for four of these units. The other four units will be assessed via a 3,000 word assignment for each. Finally, there is a 5000 word ‘project’ to complete.
