Learning Outcomes:

You will cover three mandatory units in which you will:

  • Critically review the role and contribution of coaching and mentoring at a senior level.
  • Undertake 20 hours of Coaching or Mentoring at a Senior Level.
  • Review and improve your own practise, and understand how the your organisation’s culture and structure affects the coaching and mentoring relationship

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
