Description

The programme comprises three units:

300- Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context

A knowledge only unit assessed through answering eight extended response questions.

302- Undertaking an Extended Period of Coaching within an Organisational Context

Learners coach 3-5 individuals over a total of 36 hours with guidance from an experienced executive coach. Assessment in the form of coaching records, feedback from coachees and tutor.

303- Reflecting on Coaching Skills within an Organisational Context

This final unit reflects back on the coaching carried out in the previous unit deals with the professional development of coaches. Assessed through a written reflective log.
