This course will teach you how to create a successful working environment by recognising inappropriate behaviour in the office work space and how deal with this in the most efficient and sensitive manner. You will be taught this through learning to think of those participating in inappropriate behaviour in three distinct categories - perpetrator, victim and bystander.
