Module 03 : The Irrefutable Laws of Leadership

  • The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership–agree or disagree
  • Seven negative self-talk statements that hold leaders back
  • Challenges every leader faces sooner or later

Module 04 : Five Practices of Exemplary Leaders

  • Model the way: Know what to do–and have the knowledge and skills to do it
  • Understand the past, acknowledge the present and have a vision for the future
  • Shake things up so new ideas can flow in

Module 05 : Developing Your Own Leadership Best Practices

  • The risks in taking on a leadership role–perils you can expect to face
  • Three primary goals you should always strive for
  • Treating employees like people–and other practices that are worth following

Method of Assessment

  • You will have one assignment. Pass mark is 65%.
  • You will only need to pay £19 for assessment.
  • You will receive the results within 72 hours of submittal, and the certificate will be sent within 7-14 days

Certification

Those who successfully pass this course will be awarded a Leadership Best Practices certificate. Anyone eligible for certification will receive a free e-certificate.
