Overview

This Emotional Intelligence at Work workshop is part of our range of Professional and Management courses designed to help improve your performance.

Our courses are never cancelled and are held in a relaxed environment from 9.30 till 5pm. A hot restaurant lunch, drinks & snacks and free WiFi are included. We look forward to training you.

At the end of this course you will understand the role and impact of emotions in business interactions and relationships. You will learn how to manage and direct your own emotions so they better serve your needs. Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
