The Diploma in Advanced Pest Control at QLS Level 3 is designed to introduce learners to main pest species, termite species, recognising infestation and applying different measures of pest control. Pest control technicians and support technicians will find the course highly useful.

Individuals following the course will be presented with insight and valuable information into pest management and pest control measures. Learners will gain insight on the tasks of a pest control technician. Have a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities, the general knowledge of pest control, and how to implement proper pest control procedures.

The Diploma in Advanced Pest Control at QLS Level 3 aims to provide general pest control information not just to individuals working as pest control technicians, but to anyone involved in carrying out pest control measures. The course will feature key topics such as pesticide, mosquito, bark beetles, tick, cockroach and spider identification section. It is an extensive course that will offer learners with in-depth knowledge on pesticide and termites.

Method of assessment

In order to complete the Diploma in Advanced Pest Control – Level 3 successfully, all students are required to complete a series of assignments. The completed assignments must be submitted via the online portal. Your instructor will review and evaluate your work and provide your feedback based on how well you have completed your assignments.

Certification

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from Quality License Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
