Overview
The advocacy skills in the youth court are different to those required in the adult court. You need to be able to address the court on concepts that don’t even apply in the adult court. If you go to the youth court rarely or are about to embark upon going then this course is for you. It will bring you completely up to date with current legislation and case-law applicable to your advocacy in the youth courts.
Venue may change up to 14-days before the course start date. Enquire for dates.
