- Setting up new projects in Sage Job Costings.
- Matching, Batching and Coding all Purchase Invoices for Plant and Materials for various Project Costings.
- Processing Applications and Sales Invoices for Self-Billing Clients.
- Labour Analysis for each worker per project and per hour which will give you detailed job costing analysis for Labour allocations on each Project.
- Processing CIS related invoices received from Subcontractors and Suppliers on SAGE CIS.
- Allocation of payments to supplier invoices using the Sage Pay Module
- Allocation of Customer Receipts to invoices/applications
- Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts to clear down all Aged Debtors and Creditors.
- Registering for CIS Scheme
- Verifying Subcontractors for CIS
- Understanding the implications of Standard, Gross and Higher Rate CIS Tax Deductions.
- Matching, Batching and Coding subcontractor invoices to Sage CIS Module.
- Allocating subcontractor payments to calculate CIS deductions
- Producing CIS Vouchers to reconcile CIS Deductions before submitting CIS return to HMRC
- Submit CIS Return to HMRC.
- Brief insight to all other CIS Related legislations and complicated CIS tax matters.
