Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 130 hours, including 60 Guided Learning Hours.

This qualification is not aimed at managers aspiring to a senior management role it is targeted at individuals already employed in a strategic leadership position for a minimum of 3 years.

• At least 3 years’ experience at strategic level as a senior manager.
