Description

This Certificate is aimed at leaders already working in senior or board-level positions who want to sharpen their ability to design and deliver inter-organisational strategy. Equivalent to a Doctorate in academic standing, it provides practical, work-based learning that can be immediately applied to your role.

You will study selected units from the Level 8 framework (minimum of two units / 35 credits) covering themes such as:

  • Personal development as a strategic leader

  • Collective strategy development

  • Inter-organisational strategic planning and direction

  • Strategic communication, culture, and leadership practice

Assessment is by assignment (approx. 4,000–4,500 words per unit), supported by one-to-one tutor guidance and access to an online Academy.

Completing the Certificate demonstrates the ability to operate at the highest levels of leadership and provides a route towards Chartered Manager (CMgr) recognition.
