CMI Units covered:

Learners must complete a combination of a minimum of 370 TQT hours to achieve this qualification. Learners must achieve a minimum of 300 TQT hours from Group A only and 70 TQT hours from either Group A or B. The minimum guided learning hours is 106.

Group A

Learners must complete four units in total comprising three of the following units:

  • 701 Strategic Leadership

  • 702 Leading and Developing People to Optimise Performance

  • 704 Developing Organisational Strategy

  • 706 Finance for Strategic Leaders

  • 715 Strategic Approaches to Equality Diversity, and Inclusion

And the following unit:

Group B

  • 612 Coaching Skills for Leaders
