Description
Equivalent in academic level to a Master’s degree, the Diploma develops both strategic knowledge and practical application. Learners explore:
Coaching and mentoring within organisational culture
Policies, systems, and governance for coaching and mentoring
Organisational coaching and mentoring strategies
Strategic impact and embedding coaching across functions
Leadership coaching and mentoring skills
Performance management strategies and organisational change
You will complete mandatory Group A units (including 7015, 7016, 7017, 7018, 7002, 7020) plus optional Group B units (e.g., 7019, 7010, 6001, 6004) to a total of 460 TQT / 190 GLH

Assessment is through assignment-based projects (3,000–3,500 words each), supported by one-to-one tutor guidance and online Academy resources.
