Description

Equivalent in academic level to a Master’s degree, the Diploma develops both strategic knowledge and practical application. Learners explore:

  • Coaching and mentoring within organisational culture

  • Policies, systems, and governance for coaching and mentoring

  • Organisational coaching and mentoring strategies

  • Strategic impact and embedding coaching across functions

  • Leadership coaching and mentoring skills

Assessment is through assignment-based projects (3,000–3,500 words each), supported by one-to-one tutor guidance and online Academy resources.
