Awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), this postgraduate-level qualification is set at the same academic level as a Master’s degree and is highly respected across industries.

To achieve the Certificate, learners must complete a minimum of 2 units (minimum 14 credits) chosen from the Group A suite of modules, which cover areas such as:

  • Strategic leadership and organisational direction

  • Developing organisational strategy

  • Leading and developing people to optimise performance

  • Strategic risk management and decision-making

  • Managing stakeholder relationships

Assignments (approx. 3,000–3,500 words per unit) allow you to apply theory to your own organisational context, with one-to-one tutor guidance and full access to our online Academy.
