Overview

This Level 7 qualification in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring is designed for directors and senior managers with authority and drive, helping them to translate organisational strategy into effective business performance.

The qualification requires managers and leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of embedding the organisation’s strategy.

The course is run over a 5 day block residential course in Keswick, Cumbria & 6 days as open courses in Nottinghamshire & London run over a 6 to 8 week period.
