Throughout your learning you will be supported by your own personal adviser. Four one-to-one meetings delivered via Skype or telephone will provide you with expert advice for each module. And, by joining our thriving fast track community you will gain access to a team of advisers with expertise in each of the HR areas and a regularly updated FAQ on the VLE.
Our practical approach to assessment enables you to use your own work experiences rather than solely relying on academic theory to develop new skills and knowledge. There are no exam modules in our fast track programme.
Using critical analysis, self-reflection and problem solving techniques, you will learn how to develop and contribute to creative and strategic HR solutions that drive organisational performance. You will also be able to develop your understanding of organisations and the external context within which HR operates.
