Description

CeMAP is accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) and governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The LIBF provide the knowledge, skills and qualifications for finance professionals to flourish in the modern economy. CeMAP is a UK specific qualification and meets the standards set by the FCA, ensuring you will be ready to offer professional mortgage advice services.

Course Content

CeMAP® Paper 1 – Units 1 & 2:

  • Explore various products from cash savings through to investments and protection as well as pensions.
  • Covers all legal aspects including all laws, insurance policies and contracts.
  • Covers UK regulation, which involves creating rules to promote ethics within financial services by aiding firms and people who work in the industry.

Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who wishes to work in the lucrative finance industry, or anyone who already works in finance and wishes to increase their offering with mortgage advice. Being qualified and registered with a “licence to practice” is mandatory.
