On completion of this course you will able to:

  • carry out liquidity and profitability ratio analysis,
  • cash management and profit analysis using simulations or ‘what if scenarios’
  • understand and interpret the effect of changes in prices, number of licenses sold, costs on cash balances and profit/loss
  • command financial statements and relate them to the attainment of company’s financial policies: solvency and profitability.

Plan and manage cash flows, learn how to run simulations using ''What if scenarios": (i) how to use cash flow planning to find in which month there will be a cash deficit; (ii) how to avoid cash deficits by increasing capital, sales and reduce costs; (iii) how to run cash flow simulations to obtain Balance Sheets and Income Statements achieving targets in profitability.
