Course Overview

This course is designed for working individuals who haven't had the chance or time to learn BSL, but would like to know some basic phrases related to the workplace. You don't need any prior BSL knowledge and will have the ability to review the content at your own pace. Whether you are looking to better communicate with a colleague or want to provide above-and-beyond customer service for hearing-impaired or deaf individuals, this course is for you!

Instructor Bio

The course has been created by Rachel Hubbard who is an expert in deaf awareness training, she founded deaf umbrella in 2000 with the aim of supporting deaf people and providing help for people working or training in the field as Communication Support Workers (CSW).Take this course and discover some basic work-related British Sign Language phrases.
