Overview

This e-learning course is approximately six hours of training, which will count towards the recommended 8 guided learning hours each candidate is required to undertake before taking the Level 2 APLH exam at one of our centres.

Candidates will have access 24/7 to their course for 1 year. Log in details to our e-learning portal, will be sent via email after the course has been booked.

This course involves a face to face invigilated exam at one of our centres. You MUST visit one of our centres ( or pre-agreed on site locations) to take the exam. This is currently not possible at the present time, due to the COVID 19 restrictions. If you need to fast track this, or do not wish to travel, then please purchase our ‘ Qualify at Home’ Option which includes remote invigilation.

Description

This is an online e-learning course with a Level 2 APLH exam at one of our centers.

The Examination consists of 40 questions to be completed within one hour. Their knowledge will also be tested by a total of 84 multiple-choice questions across the seven modules, and they will have access to a comprehensive glossary of licensing terminology.

This Personal Licence course covers all aspects of the Level 2 award syllabus and is divided into seven easy-to-manage modules, which include:

  • Licensing Law
  • Personal Licences
  • Premises Licences
  • The Protection of Children
  • Powers and enforcement
  • Temporary Events
  • Responsible Alcohol retailing

Candidates can use the qualification to apply for a Personal Licence under The Licensing Act 2003. The exam, registration and invigilation fees are all included in the price!

This qualification is great if you want to work within the alcohol industry such as bartending and selling in approved Alcohol premises.
