Your course tutor
Charlie Warshawski has been involved in training since the 1980s! As a young hotel manager, he was responsible for on and off the job training, on many functional tasks.
For the last 20 years his focus has been on delivering training in his areas of professional expertise. When employed in schools, he delivered workshops for students of all ages. And since qualifying as a coach in 2007 he has delivered thousands of hours of coach training.
Charlie has undertaken many trains the trainer accredited programmes, including:
Kagan Cooperative Learning
- Mind Gym facilitation
- Kaizen Brain Friendly Learning
According to Charlie “great trainers do two things. They become the expert in their subject or skill. And then they learn how to teach it well. This applies across the board, from schoolteachers to sports trainers, technical trainers to personal skills trainers. It is not enough to just be a subject expert. Or to just be a great trainer. The combination of the two is what gives the learner a great experience”
