Sales Executive / Account Manager - Fuel Distribution Location: Bury, BL9 7HY (Onsite)Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible office hoursEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: Monday, 8th September 2025Salary: £25,000 (negotiable based on experience) Year 1 Bonus Support On-Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: £35,000+ Year 2: £45,000+ (with full account retention) About the Role We are looking for a confident, competitive, and career-driven individual to join our fast-paced sales team in the fuel distribution industry. This is an office-based role managing B2B customer accounts through a combination of inbound and outbound telephone sales. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or new to sales but eager to learn, we offer full training, bonus support, and a clear pathway for long-term career development. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B fuel accounts Make a minimum of 55 outbound sales calls per day Prepare and present competitive fuel quotes to win new business Process orders and manage deliveries via our internal CRM Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities What We're Looking For Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, recruitment, call centre, etc.) Confidence and clarity in phone-based communication Experience working to KPIs or performance targets Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Strong IT and CRM system skills (preferred) Who Thrives in This Role Successful team members typically come from two backgrounds: Experienced telephone-based sales professionals Ambitious individuals from, KPI-driven environments like retail or hospitality This role is designed for career-focused individuals—those looking to build long-term success, not just a short-term job.
