Reed Recruitment is seeking a motivated and dynamic New Homes Sales Advisor to join one of our clients at a premium residential development in East Lothian. This is a pivotal, stand-alone role, responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the full purchasing journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously, possess strong sales capability, and take pride in representing a high-quality new homes product. With new senior sales leadership joining shortly, this is an exciting time to come on board, offering the opportunity to influence how the sales operation evolves within a growing, family-owned business. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs, lifestyle requirements, and purchasing goalsConduct private appointments and property tours, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of new homesManage the sales operation on site independently, acting as the main point of contact for customersDeliver a first-class customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservationAccurately complete reservation documentation in line with GDPR and compliance standardsUtilise the CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor sales activityAnalyse sales data and market trends to support informed decision-makingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, competitor developments, and community activityLiaise closely with the Site Manager and attend regular site meetingsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support lead generation and sales performanceMaintain high standards of presentation across the sales area and show homesFollow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximise conversion The Development Strong early sales momentumOperating by appointment onlyHigh-quality product attracting significant buyer interest Candidate Profile Essential Proven experience in new homes sales or residential property salesAbility to work independently and autonomously on siteStrong sales skills with a customer-focused approachExcellent administration skills and attention to detailConfident using CRM systems, IT equipment, and standard office technologyStrong understanding of GDPR and compliance requirementsFull UK driving licence Desirable Estate agency backgroundStrong local knowledge of East LothianExperience selling premium or high-value homesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Working Hours & Flexibility Core hours: Thursday - Monday 10:00am – 5:30pm Salary & Commission Package Basic Salary: £27,500 – £30,000Commission & Bonus StructureMileage paidHighly competitive incentives within a small, service focused business Why Apply?
