A day in the life of an Ecommerce Executive looks like this: As an Ecommerce Executive, you will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and wider team to develop and implement online merchandising strategies. Adopting a data-first process, you’ll continuously review data using various analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Immersing yourself in the online customer journey and product performance data, you’ll recommend strategies to enhance the customer journey and drive sales. As an Ecommerce Executive, your responsibilities will include: Developing, deploying and maintaining online merchandising across the Whittard websites.Optimising product listings, imagery and descriptions to drive sales.Using analytics to drive strategies and monitor customer behaviours and conversion rates.Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager to continuously explore improvement opportunities.Collaborate with the wider Ecommerce and Creative Team to develop product descriptions and media assets to enhance the online shopping experience.
