Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the stadium and entire sports complex, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance with the General Safety Certificate.Team Management: Lead the stadium safety team, and collaborate with various stakeholders and partners.Strategic Contribution: Play a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the development and implementation of the business plan. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in managing multifunctional leisure facilities or stadiums.Strong knowledge of industry regulations and codes of practice.Excellent decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and professional sports clubs.In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly the Green Guide & Purple Guide. Qualifications Essential: Degree or relevant professional qualification. Desirable: NVQ Level 4 in Spectator Safety Management (to be obtained as part of ongoing training).Health and safety qualification or equivalent experience.
