A company based in Central London are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team. This is a really exciting time to join the business, this role will sit within the Corporate Finance team. You will be responsible for the preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model, your duties will include but are not limited to: Gather information on the business for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the shareholders, and board reports for the Senior Leadership teamManage the company's projection model to ensure that it reflects the current status of the portfolio, identifying future growth opportunities to prepare an accurate valuationManage the annual and quarterly update of the Heavy Maintenance modelSupport the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection modelSupport with ad hoc requests in relation to the Projection Model and latest forecast assumptionsPreparation of quarterly debt compliance reporting.Providing modelling support and analysis of new debt transactionsAssist with the annual Investor Presentation for Senior and Junior lendersAssisting with debt amendment / waiver processesAssist in preparing presentations on an ad-hoc basis for the board, shareholders, and lenderRun scenario analysis in the Projection model In return you will receive a salary of up to £55k, a bonus, a flexible hybrid working system and a list of other benefits

The Role My client, a progressive and entrepreneurial LLP, formally established its corporate finance offering in 2019 leveraging on its unrivalled reputation as the trusted advisor to, and contacts in, the tourism sector and now seeks an experienced corporate finance associate/manager to take the function to the next level. The firm now has the basics in place and, with an aggressive growth plan to establish itself as a corporate finance "hub", the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the future plan by taking full ownership of the corporate finance activity. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, with responsibility for 1 direct report.To mentor and manage the analyst coupled with developing their financial modelling skills.Building advanced Microsoft Excel based financial models and model testing.Preparing technical valuations using a range of methodologies, including discounted cash flow, market multiples and asset-based approaches for companies.Mergers and acquisitions related advice, including the preparation of information memorandums, buyer and industry research, client management, DD support.The preparation of client proposals, strategic value analysis, strategic planning, feasibility and business case assessments for projects of scale and significance.Experience in Transaction services (e.g. Financial Due diligence (a bonus).
