Our client an international bank in London is looking for a Credit Analyst Corporate Banking.The Credit Analyst Corporate Banking will report to the Head of Credit and will be responsible for independent credit risk analysis of allocated cases/transactions and the day-to-day accountability for credit risk within the Branch Risk Appetite and Credit Risk Management Policy.Responsibilities of the Credit Analyst Corporate Banking:Provide independent credit risk analysis to the Credit Committee covering:Deal Structures & termsLoan obligors & guarantorsMoney market & derivative counterpartiesBond issuersAnalysis of country riskAnalysis of Industry riskProvide assessments on annual/ad hoc credit reviews and new dealsAssess the impact on Risk Appetite StatementSkills and experience required for the Credit Analyst Corporate Banking:5 years Credit Analysis/Credit Risk Management experience in a UK bankBachelors DegreeProven ability to analyse credit risk covering financial institutions and corporate borrowers.Knowledge of internal rating methodology and stress testing credit riskExperience of New deals and periodic reviews.Product knowledge covering treasury, corporate lending, structured deals, project finance and/or Leverage finance.Knowledge of legal documentation and collateral management
