Corporate Finance Analyst Our client in the Asset Management and leasing industry are looking for a new Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team in London. Reporting into the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a key role where you will get exposure to pricings, valuations, and debt functions. Key responsibilities Support financial analysis across valuations, debt, and pricing to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and value drivers.Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.Develop a strong understanding of the company's corporate model to identify performance drivers and support value creation.Assist in preparing board materials, investment papers, and strategic presentations for senior stakeholders.Contribute to the assessment and valuation of new commercial opportunities and potential investments.Support debt-related activities, including lender reporting, information requests, and funding initiatives.Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior leaders and investors.
