This well known business have a very stable and long standing accounts team and are looking for someone to join them due to acquiring new sites which has generated extra work. The duties of the role: Sole responsibility for the utility invoices ensuring the correct people are invoiced for each siteInput all invoices onto the systemCode, scan and process utility invoices ready for paymentObtain meter readings where necessary and liaise with suppliersLiaise with 5 regional offices by email and telephoneAssist in the posting of non-utility invoices for all companiesAssist with payment runsBank reconciliations You need to have good Excel skills, strong interpersonal skills, have a keen eye for detail and be a friendly team player.
