Our client, a fast growing online gaming company based in London is currently recruiting Vietnamese/Mandarin/Thai speaking Customer Service Advisors.

General Responsibility:

  • Responsible for projecting a professional company image through excellent customer service by phone, email and chat communications.
  • Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction through displaying a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional attitude both in words, writing and in action.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English and one of the above languages (Vietnamese/Mandarin/Thai), both in written and verbal.
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
