Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting an experienced Transport Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes for a 2 month contract.

Monday to Friday            0600 – 1400            2 Month contract

The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Transport Administrator for our client based in Milton Keynes.  This role is initially a 2-month contract, however there may be potential for this to be extended.

Your role as a Transport Administrator will involve working within a warehouse/transport environment completing the following duties:
Checking driver’s timesheets.
Inputting drivers’ hours.
Ensuring drivers complete vehicle check sheets.
Processing infringements.
Entering hours into payroll systems.
General transport administrative duties.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 0600 – 1400 or 0700 – 1500 (Flexibility essential)
  • 2 Month contract initially
  • £11.30ph

Successful Applicants
Successful applicants will come from a transport background, or as a minimum have a working knowledge of transport and driver’s hours.
You will have strong administration skills, capable of working on your own initiative in an organised manner.
