Our client in Nottingham are looking for a motivated individual to join their sales team working in a front- of-house role at one of their busy sales office.
The role is a front-of-house position, greeting Clients into the office and being the first person to answer the telephone within branch. The aim is to create a positive customer experience and duties include registering applicants onto their system and assessing their property needs. The candidate should be identifying opportunities to up-sell mortgage and conveyancing services whilst also maximising opportunities for market appraisals to boost the branch’s performance.
There will also be a requirement to arrange viewing appointments on properties for sale by liaising with both the seller and the interested party. Furthermore, the candidate needs to contact parties that have recently viewed properties with them to ascertain their feedback; this will then be reported back to the seller.
The job also includes many other varied daily activities and there is the opportunity to acquire more responsibility within the office once the candidate is established within the role. The is the perfect role for someone new to the industry who is looking to start a career within estate agency.
The hours are 9:00 - 18:00, Monday-Friday (with half an hour unpaid lunch break). The candidate will also be required to work alternate Saturday’s 9:00 - 16:00 (with half an hour unpaid for lunch). The basic salary is £18,000 per annum. There are commission opportunities available within branch for the successful conversion of mortgage and conveyancing business and the candidate should be aiming for on-target earnings between £19,000 - £20,000.
