An exciting opportunity has arisen for an entry level Desk Assistant to join a City based On-line Marketplace /Trading Platform in their busy European Client Services Team based in London.
Working in a challenging and dynamic environment, the team enjoys the responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure and relationships with all our European buy and sell side clients. Candidates will have A level education (or equiv) in either computer science/technology, be able to work in a very busy environment supporting trading clients, hours 8am-530pm, you will be nicely outgoing, with very good communication skills. Candidates will have a decent/fluent level of Italian, or Italian that can be improved.
Main Responsibilities include:
Provide general day to day support to the ECS team
Promptly carry out daily administrative tasks including ownership and input of new security data, new company set-ups and the creation of new user logins
Maintain database of all key Dealer and Client Contacts
Assist with general administrative duties for other teams.
