Finance Assistant - Cardiff - £11 an hour

Your new company
Your new organisation operate within the private sector and are looking for an experienced finance assistant to help them with the current workload that they are currently dealing with. They are based within an easily accessible location just outside the city centre.

Your new role
You will be dealing with the sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, VAT, petty cash, credit control, the preparation of year end reports. You will also be assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll as well as carrying out other ad hoc finance duties. The hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday and the assignment will last for around 3 months.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a background in finance and have experience dealing with ledgers and other transactional duties including reconciliations, VAT, credit control and payroll experience. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be competent on Sage.
